We are NOT neutral.

Truth matters.
Justice matters.
Black lives matter.

Our Plan of Action

  1. When working with our clients and projects, we will speak on behalf of, and advocate for Racial Justice: "The systematic fair treatment of people of all races, resulting in equitable opportunities and outcomes for all."

  2. We will be persistent in including Black voices within our coaching, facilitator, and consulting partners and subcontractors.

  3. We will build an increased emphasis on justice and equity in the core curriculum of our leadership development programs.

  4. We will improve our meeting design and facilitation practice in ways that achieve more equitable access to organizational discussions of purpose, artistry, governance, strategy, and culture.

  5. We will seek out and participate in conversations and formal programs that advance our understanding of effective anti-racism and racial equity efforts within the arts and cultural profession, and across the nonprofit sector.
