Partners in Performance
...helping leaders build resilient, adaptive, mission-driven organizations
What is Quattro?
Quattro is a four-session online Intensive focusing on the keys to intentional leadership, the importance of reflective practice, leading with purpose and openness, the leader’s responsibility to care for oneself.

Sessions are thee hours long, scheduled about two weeks apart at the mutual convenience of the your organization and Partners in Performance.
Who is Quattro for?
Quattro is designed for groups from up to 30 individuals. While the program is appropriate for employees at all levels of the organization we find the learning is more effectively put in place if senior members of the organization also participate. If your group is larger, please reach out to set up a conversation about how we can provide Quattro to your group.
What others have said about Quattro?
I truly enjoyed the program and have put into practice its teaching, from intentionality as a leader to being curious rather than jumping to conclusions.

Although this was intended to assist in our professional development, I can use these techniques and skills in my interpersonal relationships.

John delivered information in a very clear way. He always took time to think before answering when asked a question and if he didn't have what he thought was a satisfactory answer he promised to get one. He provided a welcoming environment that made participation easy.
